IBoth sides
Source
Sourcing is a conversation with buyers and with owners. Some opportunities come from owners who have not listed the business. Where a buyer agreement permits it, we also introduce qualifying brokered or banked opportunities.
Buyers and sellers
Connecting business buyers and sellers.
We work with buyers looking to acquire and owners considering a sale. GLZR sources opportunities, gathers initial information and makes introductions across the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
In brief
GLZR Group connects business buyers and sellers across the United States, Canada and Latin America. We understand what buyers want to acquire, speak with owners considering a sale, gather initial business information and introduce the parties where there is a potential fit. We earn a buyer-paid success fee when an introduced acquisition closes, under agreed terms.
Our fee is paid by the buyer when an introduced acquisition closes, under agreed terms. No retainers or pay-per-lead charges. GLZR does not charge sellers for its sourcing and introduction service. Other costs of selling a business are separate.

IIBoth sides
Qualification is initial. With buyers we cover criteria, capital, decision-making and readiness, and we agree what a qualifying introduction is. With sellers we cover the business, the reason for selling, timing and initial figures. We do not independently verify financial statements or complete due diligence.
IIIBoth sides
We introduce the parties where there is a potential fit. Buyers, sellers and their advisors then handle underwriting, formal valuation, due diligence, financing, documents and closing. Speaking with both sides does not mean GLZR formally represents both.

Questions
GLZR Group is a business acquisition intermediary. GLZR Group connects business buyers and sellers across the United States, Canada and Latin America. We understand what buyers want to acquire, speak with owners considering a sale, gather initial business information and introduce the parties where there is a potential fit. We discuss target industries, locations, business size and acquisition criteria. We discuss capital availability, decision-making and acquisition readiness. We agree on what counts as a qualifying introduction, and we establish confidentiality and success-fee terms. We then introduce opportunities that appear to fit. Those opportunities may be off-market, or brokered or banked where the buyer agreement permits it. This is initial qualification. We do not independently verify financial statements, confirm funding or complete due diligence.
We discuss the business, the reason for considering a sale and the desired timeline. We gather initial information about revenue, earnings, customers, management and owner involvement. We discuss valuation expectations and transition preferences. We establish confidentiality and permission to share agreed information with prospective buyers, then introduce buyers whose criteria appear to fit. GLZR does not charge sellers for this sourcing and introduction service. Other costs of selling a business, including legal, tax and accounting advice, are separate.
Our fee is paid by the buyer when an introduced acquisition closes, under agreed terms. No retainers or pay-per-lead charges. The amount, and what counts as a qualifying introduction, are set in the individual agreement. Nothing is due for a conversation, or for an introduction that does not close.
From buyers: industries, locations, business size, acquisition criteria, capital availability, decision-making and readiness. From sellers: the business, motivation, timeline, and initial information on revenue, earnings, customers, management and owner involvement, plus valuation expectations and transition preferences. We share only information the parties have agreed we may share. We do not treat it as independently verified.
The buyer, the seller and their appointed advisors handle underwriting, formal valuation, due diligence, financing, legal documentation and closing. GLZR's role is sourcing, initial qualification and the introduction. Speaking with both sides does not mean GLZR formally represents both parties.
No. GLZR does not supply acquisition capital and does not purchase the businesses it introduces. The success fee is paid by the buyer under the buyer agreement.
No. Off-market sourcing is part of the work. We can also introduce qualifying brokered or banked opportunities where the buyer agreement permits it. An introduction is not a statement that the opportunity is exclusive, unlisted or new to the buyer.
The business valuation calculator is an educational estimate. It applies 2026 market multiples reported by IBBA and M&A Source to seller's discretionary earnings and shows what a bank-financed buyer might be able to pay. It is not a formal valuation, a financing approval or underwriting by GLZR Group. Valuation multiples for the U.S., Canada and 18 Latin American markets are published as open data.
